• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Verify guest reservations, identification, payment details, and room assignments.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, transportation, and dining options.
• Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Resolve guest complaints and service issues while maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Process room charges, payments, deposits, refunds, and other financial transactions accurately.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, room upgrades, and other appropriate opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of guest information.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, health and safety standards, and brand standards.
