- ต้อนรับลูกค้าด้วยความสุภาพและเป็นมิตรเมื่อมาถึงโรงแรม
- ดำเนินการเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์ให้เรียบร้อยและรวดเร็ว
- ให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับบริการของโรงแรม แหล่งท่องเที่ยว และเส้นทาง
- ตอบคำถามและให้ความช่วยเหลือลูกค้าอย่างรวดเร็วและเหมาะสม
- ประสานงานกับแผนกแม่บ้านและแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อบริการลูกค้าให้ครบถ้วน
- จัดการปัญหาหรือข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ และแจ้งหัวหน้าหากจำเป็น
- บันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้องและดำเนินการชำระเงิน
- ดูแลให้บริเวณเคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับสะอาด เรียบร้อย และพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา
