Are you a hospitality enthusiast with exceptional customer service skills and a team player?

We're seeking a part time Guest Service Agent/Supervisor to work with the existing team on the daily operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.

As a key player in our team, you'll handle guest enquiries, complete relevant reporting & checklists including opening and closing/rolling of the hotels systems and uphold the highest standards of service.

This role is suited to someone seeking a more diverse role, in a boutique hotel with the opportunity to learn new skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completion of daily check list
• Develop and maintain guest/client relationships
• Providing our guests  with a positive ‘Customer Journey’
• Take incoming accommodation and restaurant enquiries.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving outstanding issues to ensure repeat business
• Set up and checking of arrival rooms to ensure that are of the highest standard
• Provide reporting as requested
• The ability to work a rotating roster (including AM, PM & week-ends) independently and as part of a team.
