Guest Service Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work areas, including regular restroom inspections.
• Assist guests with food orders, beverages, and other dining-related requests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and follow up on service requests to ensure timely assistance.
• Coordinate with other departments to support daily operations and guest requirements.
• Conduct inventory counts, verify stock quantities, and report discrepancies.
• Assist with guest transfer or turnover transactions and verify relevant records and figures at the end of each shift.
• Help arrange transportation, room reservations, and other guest-related services as needed.
• Maintain orderly queues in the cashier area and assist in managing guest flow.
• Assist foreign colleagues with collecting and handing over items in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow established service standards, company policies, and instructions from supervisors.
• Perform other duties related to daily operations as assigned.

Qualifications:

• With good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
• Able to work well with colleagues and coordinate across departments.
• Responsible, attentive, and detail-oriented, particularly when handling cleanliness, inventory, and transaction records.
• Basic knowledge of stock monitoring, inventory counting, and recordkeeping.
• Good observation skills and the ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs.
• Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to assist with guest services and operational requests.
• Trustworthy and professional when handling transactions and confidential information.
• Flexible and willing to work shifting schedules and meet on-site operational requirements.
• Able to follow instructions and comply with company procedures and service standards.
• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, food and beverage, or customer service is an advantage.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
