GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Key responsibilities

• Professionally greet clients upon arrival, and ask appropriate and probing questions to verify details and ensure there are no conflicts or overlaps among agents
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages properly
• Maintain organized files for client and agent records
• Daily reporting and encoding of sales personnel information, attendance, and sales production
• Issuance of Identification card of sales personnel per cut off for veterans and after training for newly hire
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area and lobby/selling area
• Conduct orientations on Sales Administration policies and guidelines for newly graduated trainees, including contract explanations, to ensure understanding and compliance with company standards
• Conduct daily spot checks of attendance at manning booths located in Newport City, ensuring compliance with attendance policies and preparing corresponding exhibit reports for documentation
• Coordinate schedules and assist clients and agents during property viewings for both spruced-up and mock-up units
