Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the guest experience.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reports.
• Uphold the hotel's service standards and hospitality etiquette.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Hindi language proficiency preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Location: Munnar, Kerala.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
