Role & responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize utensils, equipment, and work areas.
• Maintain kitchen and dining areas as per hygiene standards.
• Manage waste disposal and cleaning supplies.
• Support the kitchen and service team during operations.
• Follow food safety and workplace hygiene guidelines.
