Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide professional, welcoming service

Assist guests with any questions while delivering a great customer experience ensuring an efficient and seamless experience, while listening to orders and using point of sale kios

Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, requests, concerns, and complaints.

Use effective problem-solving and customer service skills to resolve issues and maintain guest satisfaction.

Communicate professionally with guests in person and by phone, demonstrating excellent hospitality and interpersonal skills.

Provide personalized service that enhances each guest’s overall experience.

Qualifications & Experience

No experience required- just a friendly, welcoming and eager additude.

Experience in a restaurant enviroment is a plus.

Proficiency with point of sale systems (POS)

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, especially in fast-paced environments.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests, coworkers, and management.

Bilingual or multilingual skills are a valuable asset and are highly appreciated.

A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 40.0 per week
