What they need
- Front Desk Operations: Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, registrations, and room assignments efficiently.
- Guest Communications: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address in-person inquiries regarding amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Billing & Payments: Process financial transactions, handle cash, issue invoices, and resolve billing discrepancies accurately.
- Issue Resolution: Listen to guest complaints or concerns empathetically and provide prompt, effective solutions to guarantee satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to meet guest requests and maintain facility standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow company security guidelines, manage guest room keys securely, and report any safety hazards immediately.
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
