Guest Service Associate

Job Summary: The Server / Waiter is responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring a positive dining experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quick, attentive, and friendly service to guests while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar for timely service.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas, tables, and equipment as per restaurant standards.
• Handle guest queries and basic complaints professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and during peak hours.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Any background, preferably in Hospitality Management
• Flexible for overtime
• Preferred Languages : English, Hindi, Assamese

Pay: ₹10,600.00 per month
