Guest Service Associate

• Welcome guests warmly and provide courteous, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests as per hotel standards.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation before, during, and after service.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer queries regarding food and beverages.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely order delivery.
• Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain hygiene, grooming, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance.
• Prepare bills and process guest payments accurately when required.
• Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
• Support banquet, conference, and special event operations as assigned.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and contribute to a positive dining experience.
• Minimum 10+2 or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or hospitality service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
