Guest Service Associate - Front Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage guest requests, queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security, and other departments for guest requirements.
• Handle room allocations, key cards, billing, and payment-related procedures.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update the PMS regularly.
• Assist guests with information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, transportation, and services.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address service issues.
• Maintain proper communication through telephone, email, and internal systems.
• Follow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and guest-service standards.
• Promote hotel facilities, upgrades, and other services where appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel records.
• Support the Front Office team during busy periods and ensure smooth shift operations.
