Guest Service Associate (Housekeeping)

Key Responsibilities

• Public Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, corridors, elevators, restrooms, and banquets.
• Floor & Surface Care: Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish hard floors; vacuum, shampoo, and spot-clean carpets and rugs.
• Fixtures & Furnishings: Dust and polish furniture, metalwork, mirrors, and glass surfaces; empty and clean ashtrays and waste bins.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly in public spaces, answer questions, and respond professionally to special requests.
• Safety & Maintenance Reporting: Inspect assigned areas for safety hazards or broken fixtures, and report maintenance issues immediately.
• Inventory & Equipment: Handle cleaning chemicals safely, maintain tools and carts, and report supply shortages to supervisors.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
