Guest Service Desk Agent

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests with a warm, genuine welcome upon arrival and departure.
• Ensure smooth, efficient check-ins and check-outs while delivering top-notch customer service.
• Provide expert guidance on resort programs, package inclusions, dining options, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with booking all resort activities.
• Manage room reservations and process billing adjustments as needed.
• Address guest questions and concerns in person and over the phone with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to enhance the guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiastic individuals with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfort with computer technology and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated team players.
• Prior customer service or resort experience is a plus!
