Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary information is collected
• Answer guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email with a smile
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with reservations and provide knowledgeable recommendations for local attractions and dining options
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area/lobby
• Assist with laundry
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
