Guest Service Manager

Job Summary:

• Ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
• Responsible for leading the front office and guest service teams, resolving guest issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• This role requires a balance of hospitality, leadership, and operational oversight to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Supervising front desk operations, managing guest complaints, training and motivating staff, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and ensuring brand standards are upheld.
• Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for providing outstanding service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
