About Us:We are a busy, guest-focused hotel committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience. We’re looking for a dependable and professional Front Desk Agent to be the face of our property and deliver excellent customer service to every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out procedures
• Verify identification, process payments, and handle reservations
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Resolve guest concerns in a calm and professional manner
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferred (hotel experience is a plus, not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Schedule:

• Shifts may include: 9am-5pm, 5pm-10pm overnight/on-call
• Weekend and holiday availability required
