Guest Service Representative

At the Landmark Resort, our guests' experience starts the moment they walk through the door — and you're the person who sets that tone. We're looking for a warm, enthusiastic Guest Service Representative who genuinely loves people and wants to be the friendly face of one of Door County's most beloved resorts. Experience helps, but the right personality will always win here.

What You'll Bring to the Role

• A naturally warm, welcoming demeanor — you make people feel at ease without even trying
• Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet
• A positive attitude even when things get busy
• The ability to multitask at the front desk — checking guests in and out, answering phones, and handling requests all at once
• A willingness to learn our systems and processes — prior hotel experience is great, but not required
• Reliability and a team-first mindset

Here's What We Bring to the Role

• Competitive hourly wages
• Flexible scheduling
• A supportive, people-first team culture
• Real opportunities for growth and advancement within the property

Sound Like You?

If you're someone who lights up around people, takes pride in creating great first impressions, and wants to build a career in hospitality at a property that genuinely stands out — then we might be exactly the right fit. Come be part of something special in Door County.
