Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive guest relations.
• Maintain detailed records of guest information, reservations, and billing using hotel management software.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly.
• Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy overnight.
• Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience while upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service within a hospitality setting or hotel environment.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
• Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and guest services operations is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience with night audit procedures or hotel management is a plus but not required.
