Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and guiding them through their visit
• Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash register operations and cash handling
• Assist guests with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience and increase sales
• Maintain knowledge of store products, merchandising displays, and current promotions to effectively inform and engage guests
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the retail space remains clean, inviting, and well-organized
• Handle customer questions via phone with professional phone etiquette, providing clear information or directing calls appropriately
• Support the team with basic retail math for transactions, cash drawer handling, and inventory management as needed

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for helping others is essential
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to guide team members effectively
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve diverse guest populations
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math enhances performance in this role
• Strong communication skills are vital for engaging with guests confidently and professionally
• Knowledge of retail store product details and merchandising principles will support your success in upselling and product demos
