Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure
• Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail sales transactions accurately, and manage cash drawer handling with integrity
• Assist customers with product demos, answering questions about store merchandise, and offering upselling suggestions to enhance their shopping experience
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented and replenished regularly
• Maintain professional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing information about products and services
• Conduct retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and change due while ensuring accuracy in all transactions
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing products according to store standards and assisting with inventory management

Skills

• Proven experience operating POS systems, cash registers, and handling retail sales transactions with accuracy
• Strong supervising experience or ability to oversee daily store operations when needed
• Ability to conduct product demos confidently and educate customers about features and benefits
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guest populations
• Excellent phone etiquette coupled with clear communication skills to assist customers remotely or in person
• Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and performing retail math calculations accurately
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising principles, and inventory stocking procedures
• Experience in cashiering, retail sales, and customer service roles that require active listening and problem-solving skills
