Looking for an exciting job this winter? Grand Adventures Snowmobiling is hiring energetic, fun personalities to join our Winter Park team. Spend your season in the Colorado Rockies helping guests kick off their adventure on the right foot.

About the Role

Guest Services is the heartbeat of our operation. You’re the first friendly face guests see and the one keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience from check-in to departure.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and check in guests and handle reservations
• Get guests geared up with helmets, boots, suits, goggles and gloves
• Help with tour logistics and keep departures running on time
• Answer guest questions by phone and email
• Process payments accurately
• Provide administrative support and pitch in wherever the team needs you

Who You Are

• Upbeat, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy helping people
• A clear communicator in person, on the phone, and over email
• Comfortable in a fast-paced seasonal environment
• Reliable, team-oriented, and good at staying calm when it gets busy
• Cash handling or customer service experience preferred
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• We can train you to do the job, if you can bring the right attitude and qualities to work.

• Pay: $18 to $20 per hour (starting wage)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
