Guest Service Representative

Are you a "people person" who loves dogs? Humphrey’s Dog Resort is looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our front desk team. What You’ll Do:

• Provide 5-star service to our human clients and their furry family members.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and resort bookings.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure all dogs are happy and safe.
• Keep the front lobby looking "resort-ready" and professional.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliability: You are the heart of our morning operations. Morning and weekend availability is required.
• Personality: You are naturally friendly, approachable, and love making people smile.
• Skills: General computer skills are a plus.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
