Guest Service Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must have "FOSSE" experience or a very fast learner.

Duties:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
• Perform night audit duties as required, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
