Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
• Operate point-of-sale, sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management
• Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits to enhance their shopping experience
• Upsell products and services by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options
• Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting remote customers
• Support cashiering duties with basic math calculations for transactions and refunds, ensuring accuracy in math and cash register operations

Experience

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and knowledge is advantageous
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions, stock counts, and sales reporting
