The Opportunity We are seeking a warm, sales-savvy Guest Service Center Representative to convert inquiries into confirmed, secured appointments from our central Guest Service Center. This is a revenue-generating role where your ability to listen, recommend the right services, and secure bookings directly impacts business performance.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound guest calls within 3 rings using our standard greeting
• Recommend services and enhancements based on guest needs
• Book appointments accurately in Meevo across all locations
• Secure a card on file for every booking to hold the reservation
• Resolve guest concerns and follow up with at-risk guests

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably phone-based
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Comfort with sales conversations and suggesting upgrades
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends

What Success Looks Like

• Achieving a 35%+ enhancement/upsell rate
• Zero booking errors
• Converting hesitant callers into confirmed, excited guests
