About the opportunity

The role will suit people who love supporting guests through exceptional sales and service, ensuring the best City Cave experience. Whether front-of-house or behind the scenes, every role plays an important part in creating the City Cave experience.

Float Attendant;

• Face to face and phone based guest service and sales
• Overall operational of the Centre
• Administration and Diary Management
• Respond to all guest feedback and enquiries promptly
• Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capa
• Assist with Social Media Content
• Retail merchandising and sales
• Complete daily reporting
• Maintain sales targets & customer satisfaction goals

About you

• Positive can do attitude
• Strong work ethic, punctual and reliable
• Clean and tidy appearance.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines, often fast paced environment
• Responsible and organised

Cave Diver (Junior Role - Ideal for School-Aged Workers!);

Don’t worry – there’s no diving involved!

This role is all about helping our centre run smoothly behind the scenes – turning over rooms, folding towels, and assisting with day-to-day operations. It’s perfect for a motivated junior with a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and a passion for helping others feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Turning over rooms between guests
• Folding towels and maintaining linen standards
• Supporting general centre operations
• Keeping the centre clean, organised, and welcoming

We're open until 9 pm 7 days per week so the ability to work some evenings and weekends is a requirement.
