Guest Services Agent Role

Our front desk team is the heart of the guest experience. We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Guest Service Agent to be the welcoming face across multiple hotels. This position is responsible for upholding the values of the Legacy Hotels brand through professional service, local hospitality knowledge, and a consistent commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Handle check-outs, payments, and reservations accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth stays.
• Answer phone calls and emails in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Build positive relationships with regular guests, local businesses, and travel partners.
• Offer personalised tourism advice to guests, promoting local attractions.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, corporate rates, and seasonal occupancy trends.
• Promote upselling opportunities and work collaboratively to meet revenue targets.

Skills & Experience

• Strong customer service and excellent communication skills.
• A positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and Hotel RMS system (or similar) experience.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience highly regarded.
