Guest Services Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Duties

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly check-in experience.
• Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, efficiently through our hotel management system.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Assist with the coordination of special requests or arrangements for guests, such as transportation or dining reservations.
• Ensure that all areas of the front desk are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
