About the role

You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests — helping them choose the right experience, making bookings, answering questions and ensuring everything runs smoothly from the initial enquiry through to their day onboard. You will be responsible for managing our day-to-day customer communications and bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to customer emails and enquiries
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Managing new reservations and bookings
• Making booking changes and rescheduling customers
• Assisting customers with cancellations and booking queries
• Managing customer requests and finding positive solutions
• Following up enquiries and converting opportunities into bookings
• Providing friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer service
• Managing customer issues and resolutions
• Maintaining accurate booking information
