We’re looking for a passionate, guest-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Specialist. This role is essential in ensuring that every guest receives top-tier hospitality, leaving the academy feeling valued and satisfied. Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Reception & Check-In/Out: Greet guests warmly, check them in and out, and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit.
• Telephone & Appointment Management: Answer phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and make confirmation calls daily.
• Proactive Service: Anticipate and address guests' needs, offering personalized service that exceeds expectations.
• Maintain Reception Area: Keep the front desk and surrounding areas tidy, organized, and free of clutter.
• Cash Handling & Sales: Open, close, and balance the cash drawer; assist with sales goals and track performance.
• Student Coaching: Teach students the importance of guest handling, and ensure they are equipped with the skills to succeed.
• Inventory Support: Assist with inventory processes and maintain a well-organized retail area.
• Collaboration: Attend team meetings, training events, and sales events as directed by leadership.

Additional Details:

• Reports to: Lead Guest Services or Executive Director
• Work Schedule:
• Mondays 8:30am-5pm, Fridays 8:30am-5pm and Saturdays 8:30am-5pm.
• Mondays 9am-3pm, Fridays 9am-3pm and Saturdays 8:30a-5pm
