Guest Services Associate

Our Phoenix team is adding a Guest Services Associate to support client events, pop-ups, presentations and other hosted experiences. We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, brings positive energy into a busy environment and knows how to make guests feel comfortable without sounding formal or scripted.

Creating a positive guest experience

• Prepare guest lists, badges, information materials and check-in areas.
• Welcome attendees and explain where they need to go.
• Support registration, ticket scanning and digital check-in.
• Answer questions about schedules, activities and venue facilities.
• Monitor guest flow and help prevent unnecessary lines or confusion.
• Communicate timing changes and visitor requests to event colleagues.
• Assist with resetting guest areas between sessions or activities.

Assignments will vary depending on the program. A quieter day may involve checking attendance information and organizing materials. A busier event could mean welcoming a large group, answering several questions at once and helping the team respond to schedule changes.

Working arrangements

• Pay: $20.50–$23.95 per hour
• Hours: Full-time hours across five scheduled shifts, part-time hours available too
• Schedule: Primarily weekdays, with occasional evening or weekend events
• Location: Based on-site in Phoenix, AZ 85014
• Training: Paid practical training with experienced colleagues
• Additional hours: Available during busier event periods

The position offers practical experience across guest services, visitor services, event support, venue operations and guest relations. As your confidence develops, you may receive opportunities to support larger programs and take on additional event-coordination duties.
