Role Description The Guest Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Park City, UT. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, inspecting properties prior to arrival, and providing prompt, courteous assistance throughout their stay. Daily tasks include handling arrival inspections, responding to guest requests and concerns, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties are ready and well-presented. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering friendly, efficient, and personalized service is essential to uphold the company’s high review standards.

Qualifications

• Strong guest-facing skills, including Guest Services and Guest Service experience, with a commitment to hospitality and professionalism.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and create positive guest experiences.
• Attention to detail with expectation of perfection, and willingness to touch up on the spot when needed.
• Clear and effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with guests, team members, and partners.
• Ability to work on-site in Park City, UT, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
• Comfort with mobile apps; prior experience in hospitality or vacation rentals is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality or tourism are beneficial.
