About the role

Become a key member of the guest services team at The Dreamery, located in the heart of beautiful Queenstown, Otago. In this part-time guest services role, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest that walks through our doors.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
• Daily set up and light maintenance of the venue.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a guest-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in using pos software and technology.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
