Job Description

Marriott International is seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services Representative to support hotel guests in New York, NY. This position provides excellent customer service, assists with guest requests, supports front-desk operations, and helps ensure a welcoming and comfortable hotel experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond promptly to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures when assigned.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest payments and transactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate guest information and records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming guest-service area.
• Follow Marriott standards, safety procedures, and service policies.

• Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer-service experience is helpful.
