Job Summary

Harrah's Philadelphia Casino is seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services Representative to provide excellent service to casino guests. This role assists visitors with questions, directions, property information, and general guest-service needs while creating a welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional service.
• Answer questions about casino amenities, restaurants, entertainment, and promotions.
• Provide directions and general information about the property.
• Assist guests with requests and resolve routine service concerns.
• Communicate with other departments to help meet guest needs.
• Maintain accurate information and follow established guest-service procedures.
• Support special events and promotional activities when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service area.
• Follow company policies and applicable gaming regulations.

Requirements

• Previous customer service, hospitality, casino, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and friendly approach when interacting with guests.
• Ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy environment.
• Basic computer and point-of-service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
