As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel—welcoming guests, assisting with their needs, and helping make every stay a great one..

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
• Answer questions about the hotel, dining, and local attractions
• Handle payments and guest requests
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
• Create a memorable experience for every guest
