Guest Services Representative

Hourly pay range: $23.00 min. - $25.09

The Guest Services Representative is in their respective area and is responsible for the smooth operation of the Information Desk and related reception/information services. Is responsible for interfacing with departments, Auxiliary members, and Junior Volunteers. Must maintain a positive image to all persons they meet and maintain cordial patient relations.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year’s experience in a hospital registration environment preferred.
• Customer service experience and computer skills preferred.
