What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with check-in, reservations, and attraction registration
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns with professionalism
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Help create a fun, positive, and memorable experience for every guest

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
