Guest Services Representative/Office Assistant

Rocky Mountain Riders is a Tour and Rental company offering guided tours and snowmobile, ATV, and Side by side, rental packages to groups of all sizes and experience levels.

Our high performance equipment and qualified local guides ensure a first-rate experience, while the variety of terrain offers something for riders off all levels.

Our goal is to provide the Ultimate Outdoor Experience or Off Road Adventure to each and every guest.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic office staff member, who is eager to take things into his/her own hands and ideally just as excited about the outdoors as us.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking all bookings (phone, walk-in and online)
• Running online booking system
• Answering e-mails
• Greeting guests and taking charge of the sign-in process for all tours (daily)
• Organizing transportation daily from Canmore - Golden (delegating to the driver)
• Organizing family trips & dealing with concierges at a variety of hotels
• Maintaining and updating RMR Social Media
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the office cabin
• Purchasing food and supplies
• Other duties may be required

Training for the position will start early December with full time work commencing mid December.
