Guest Services Shuttle Driver

As a Guest Services Shuttle Driver, your primary responsibility is to provide safe and efficient transportation services for guests while offering exceptional customer service. You will serve as a chauffeur and assist guests with their transportation needs, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transportation Services: Safely drive clients to their destinations in a timely manner, following all traffic laws and regulations. This may include driving a golf cart or designated vehicles based on guest pick up location.
• Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service at all times, greeting guests professionally, and assisting with any requests or inquiries they may have during the journey. Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor, ensuring a positive experience for guests.
• Route Planning: Familiarize yourself with the local area and plan efficient routes to avoid traffic congestion and delays.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times. Perform routine inspections, such as checking fuel levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels, and report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Flexibility: Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Qualifications:
