Guest Services Supervisor

The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for the success of

the front desk, for ensuring guest satisfaction and for making sure that

product quality standards are met. This

position also directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk,

reservation office, guest service department, and communications

department. This position must display

an exemplary example for the staff to follow.
