Guest Services Supervisor

Responsible for creating memorable guest experiences, Seal Rocks are looking for their next Guest Services Supervisor.
Working a Permanent Part-Time 72 hour fortnight + Weekend shifts + On Call requirements.

About You

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• Drivers License and own vehicle or access to reliable transport.
• The ability to work productively & independently.
• A positive attitude & willingness to learn.
• Great teamwork skills.
• A 'can-do', solutions-focused attitude.
• The physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.
• Flexible availability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons & public holiday work.
• Previous experience in a Customer Service supervisor role.
• Valid Australian work rights.

*The Duties will include; (but not limited to):*

• Taking reservations
• Processing cancellations
• Completing arrivals & departures
• Opening/closing of office
• Training & mentoring of new staff
• Supervision of Guest Services & Housekeeping staff on duty
• Assisting Housekeeping team with cabin turnover
• Assisting & directing visitors within the park
• Providing excellent, high-level customer service, including handling & de-escalating complaints
• Following work health & safety procedures.
