Job Description

Burke Williams is seeking a professional and customer-focused Guest Services Supervisor to help oversee front-of-house operations and deliver a welcoming experience for guests. This position supports the guest services team, assists with daily operations, and helps maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support guest services team members during daily operations.
• Welcome guests and provide professional, attentive customer service.
• Assist with guest questions, requests, and service concerns.
• Coordinate front-desk activities and help maintain smooth guest flow.
• Train and coach team members on service procedures and company standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling and daily operational coverage.
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and presentation of guest areas.
• Handle transactions and maintain accurate records when required.
• Communicate operational issues to management and help resolve them promptly.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality, spa, hotel, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced guest-service environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
