Guest Services Supervisor

Landmark Resort is looking for an outgoing, upbeat personality, who loves talking with guests, is quick with a smile and genuinely loves working with the public. The candidate must thrive on being helpful, empathetic, and courteous throughout the entire guest experience.
Experience in hotel reservations is a must.

Guest Services Supervisor Essential Functions:

• Check guests in and out and answer all their questions for information and assistance.
• Communicate with other departments to fulfill our guest needs.
• Monitor reservations made and house count as well as the status of our guest's accounts.
• Update information in the computer systems as needed (i.e., post charges).
• Report all unsafe conditions immediately.
• Act as Manager-On-Duty when assigned.
• Answer all complaints and concerns that occur during shifts. If unable to handle, contact department manager or MOD.
• Verify all shift work and deposits.
• Assist in the training and development of new Front Desk Clerks.
• Follow checklist for required duties and timelines.
• Read, pass on log, and communicate with the previous shift.
• Run reports and complete them, i.e., high balance, cash basis, etc.
• Authorize credit cards and checks.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross-training.
