Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of guest service associates to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
• Ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of guest services, implementing improvements as needed.
• Train and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and development.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations at all times.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Marriott brand experience preferred
