Guest Services Supervisor, Guest Relations

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and telephone services
• Handle and resolve escalated guest complaints and issues professionally
• Conduct staff training and daily briefings on operational updates, VIP arrivals, and special guest requests
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and assist with daily reconciliation procedures
• Manage inventory and front office supplies
• Facilitate effective communication between departments to maintain room quality and to achieve smooth operations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or above
• With relevant experience is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Services Officer, Guest Relations
