Guest Support Executive

As a Guest Support Executive, you play a crucial role in handling requests from guests, companies, and travel agents. Your meticulousness in ensuring that booking information is accurately input into the system directly contributes to maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellent service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain up-to-date information on all the Hotel's promotions and information.
• Maximize opportunities through upselling techniques.
• Ensure proper filing and recording of all correspondences.
• Comply with the department’s related policies and procedures.
• Ensure all telephone enquiries are handled professionally with proper telephone etiquette in line with our Operating Procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Knowledge of Property Management and hotel reservation systems will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Display a high level of customer service.
• Possess strong communication and administration skills.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently as well as a team.
• Able to work on rotating shifts.
