Role: Guidewire Claims Tech Lead

Responsibilities Job Description:

• Lead ClaimCenter configuration, development, and technical delivery.
• Translate claims requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Guide implementation of FNOL, exposures, reserves, coverage, adjudication, and recovery workflows.
• Design and support APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Conduct design and code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
• Mentor developers and resolve technical blockers.
• Support estimation, Agile planning, releases, and production stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in configuration and customization for any Guidewire Claims system development.
• ClaimCenter configuration and development.
• FNOL, claims lifecycle, exposures, reserves, and coverage workflows.
• Gosu, PCF, business rules, workflow, batch, and integrations.
• API and web service development.
• P&C claims domain knowledge.
• Hands-on technical leadership.

Good To Have

• Guidewire Cloud experience.
• Guidewire certification.
• Subrogation, litigation, fraud, or claims payment experience.
• Experience on Qusar, Palisades, Olos, Niseko, or Mammoth
• CI/CD and automated testing exposure.
