Guidewire Developer - Remote

Need Good Guidewire Developer With Claims Centre Experience 100% Remote

Duration – 6 months+

Required Skills Deep knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter, including configuration, integration, and business process mapping.

Demonstrated hands‑on architecture and configuration experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter (not advisory‑only)

Ability to translate claims business requirements into ClaimCenter‑native configuration patterns.

Ability to lead end‑to‑end solution design (configuration, integration, data)

Ability to architect solutions that support both converted and net‑new claims without contaminating new‑claim behavior.

Experience with concurrent development in multiple ClaimCenter environments is preferred.

Proven experience leading ClaimCenter solution design through formal architecture and governance reviews.

Ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations, claims handling, and terminology.

Experience designing and governing ClaimCenter integrations within a complex enterprise ecosystem.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

Availability of the proposed architect for the duration of the engagement

Familiarity with SAFe principles, including PI (Program Increment) planning, cross-team collaboration, and continuous improvement practices.

Strong Preference for Experience leveraging AI tools
